These guided meditations will give you a short break to breathe and reconnect. Try these exercises to help reduce your stress or anxiety. They only take a minute or two.

This quick exercise can be done anytime, anywhere, you need a moment to bring your focus back.

10-Breathe Cycle
Take a moment to just be. Use This ten breath countdown to bring you back into the now and away from your thoughts.

Body Scan
Do a check-in with yourself. Learn to listen to the messages your body is saying.
